An international technology company is is seeking a Technical Specialist to join the team in Ho Chi Minh city. The job includes deploying, consulting, and supporting Networking & Cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales and post-sales consulting for Networking and Security solutions.
- Consulting, design, and proposal of technical solutions according to project requirements.
- Technical support and network system troubleshooting.
- Supporting partners with technical and deployment-related issues.
- Coordinating with customers, partners, and vendors to introduce and develop potential clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Support / Network Engineer role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Extreme, Cisco, Juniper equipment (preferred).
- Knowledge of or a focus on cybersecurity.
- CCNA/CCNP/JNCIA/ECNA certification is a plus (an advantage).
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
